FREE Delivery - Delivery times vary depending on the products you have ordered. Delivery time is approximately 2 - 20 working days depending on brand (please see all brand delvery times below).
Products are delivered Monday – Friday between 7.30am and 7.30pm. All items are dispatched via our trusted logistics partners (DPD, UPS, Parcelforce, Interlink Express, Hermes or Yodel). We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched and the courier will contact you to inform you of your delivery date & time.
Order Tracking - Please remember to include your Postcode & Mobile Telephone Number so we can keep you up to date with your order status.

Brand Delivery Times
Orders processed within 1 working day. Delivery times are between 5-20 working days. Delivery times do depend upon the delivery type (Two man) and also location. The delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
All Febland items will be processed within 1 working day. For Febland lighting and smaller items delivery will usually be between 2-5 working days. The courier (usually Yodel/ ParcelForce) will contact you to confirm delivery date. For larger items such as coffee tables, the delivery is usually 5-10 working days from the date processed. Febland home delivery team will be in touch to confirm a suitable delivery date and also arrange for the driver to call an hour prior to delivery.
All Firstlight items are usually processed within 1 working day, Providing the item is in stock delivery will usually be within 2-4 working days from the date order is processed. The courier (usually Yodel) will contact you to confirm delivery date.
Orders are usually confirmed within 1 working day of placing the order. Once the order has been processed the delivery team will call to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please note this courier delivers to certain areas on particular days of the week. Rural areas have less frequent deliveries. Average delivery time is 5-15 working days.
Orders processed within 1-2 working days on average. Once the order has been processed Julian bowen will then arrange a delivery date which will be within approximately 5 -15 working days. Please note the delivery team will contact you 48-24 hours prior to delivery taking place to confirm.
All Kokoon items are usually processed within 1 working day. Kokoon items are shipped from Belgium via DPD. Shipping usually takes place within 3 working days of the order being processed. Once the item arrives with DPD UK (average time is 1-4 working days), you will receive email and text confirmation of you expected delivery date and time. Please note should the delivery date be unsuitable you are able to make alternative arrangements with DPD using the tracking link they provide.
All RV Astley items are usually processed within 1 working day, Providing the item is in stock delivery will usually be within 2-4 working days from the date order is processed. The courier (usually Yodel) will contact you to confirm delivery date.
Orders processed within 1-2 working days on average. Once the order has been processed WGF Furniture will then arrange a delivery date which will be within approximately 5 -15 working days. Please note the delivery team will contact you 24 hours prior to delivery taking place to confirm.

Refunds - If for some unfortunate reason the product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order please contact us immediately in writing (via email). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product, unused with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories within fourteen calendar days of receiving the product.
We will instruct you of the appropriate returns address and procedure. If we have offered to collect the product from you (we will contact you to let you know this) we will collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection. Unless the Product is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. If the Product is one which cannot be returned by post, we suggest that you use the carrier which delivered the Product to you. If we have offered to collect the Product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection which we will notify you of in advance. We process refunds immediately however please note refunds can take between 3-10 working days to clear depending on your payment method.
Damages - Orders damaged in transit maybe returned for replacement provided Stylish Sauce are informed within 48 hours or receipt of delivery and goods are returned in original packaging quoting the relevant invoice number. Please note: We advise customers not to sign for any goods if the packing looks like it hasn’t been handled with care or is damaged. If this is the case open the packing and check the items are in perfect condition before signing.
If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty, we will refund the price of the Products minus delivery/collection charges. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the Product we may refund you in vouchers.
